Inspection of a historical building in Kyiv on the street. Sofiyivska is one of our first big projects.

It was necessary to restore the plans of the premises, facades, to make a survey of the foundation, the bearing walls of the building.

Restoration of an architectural monument is the most complex type of work that is carried out with buildings of historical value.

Based on the results of the building survey, I make decisions on the necessary work to strengthen the building structure:

strengthening of foundations;
installation of a monolithic foundation slab;
reinforcement of brickwork of walls, pillars and piers;
reinforcement of beam structures;
cover replacement.

We carried out work on laser scanning of interiors, facades, and the surrounding area.

Laser scanning, 3D building model, dimensional drawings, surveys of foundations, load-bearing structures.
